My writing is shaped by a lifetime of engagement with reiki energy healing, massage and instruction, divination and tarot, biomedical science, worship leadership, and kink education. As an author, I weave spiritual, complementary, fantasy, and ritual practices into my articles and stories that examine healing, embodiment, and mental wellbeing, as well as, have some fun.

For many years I have specialised in holistic wellbeing, helping to heal as a whole, reconnecting the mind, body, and spirit. Witchcraft is wellness. There are so many ‘modern ideas’ that have roots in witchcraft, such as journaling, meditation, herbalism, living with the seasons, and kitchen gardens. What I would love to convey is this connection, and to bring back the magic to wellbeing.

Being an energy healer is just part of my core, being able to heal with my hands. As a Reiki Master, I am capable of manipulating biofields and using the universal energy that flows through everything. Reiki is a natural therapy that encourages the mind, body, and spirit to heal itself and rebalance. You literally feel the magic.

A tough 2018 saw my husband being made redundant and myself juggling 3 jobs to try to keep us afloat, so it was time to take control of the chaos! I decided to go back to school, which was daunting as it has been a while since my days studying at Greenwich University. As soon as I started the Diploma I loved it and achieved a distinction! Not only have I been an avid receiver of massage therapy for many years, but I have loved being on the other side of the couch. Just knowing that this is something that has made people happy and healthy has been a really wonderful feeling.
